2. Skilled Person's Reviews initiated under Section 166 of the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 (FSMA) resulting from firm visits / desk-based reviews carried out by FCMI
3. Voluntary Requirements (VREQs) resulting from firm visits / desk-based reviews carried out by FCMI
4. Referrals for enforcement action relating to AML breaches resulting from firm visits / desk-based reviews carried out by FCMI
