Modification by consent: MIPRU 4 and SUP 16.12

This modification delays the implementation of the amendments to the MIPRU 4 and SUP 16.12 rules for smaller non-bank lenders, to allow further time for us to consider how to make the rules more accessible for such firms.

We have made a modification by consent, available to firms carrying on:

  • home financing, and/or
  • home finance administration that is connected to regulated mortgage contracts (non-bank lenders)

The modification set out below is available for firms with £50m or less of total lending in the 12 months up to the end date.
