Investments complaints 2026 H1
There were 67,935 complaints about investment products, 25.2% more than in 2025 H2.
Investment ISAs remained the largest complaint category in the sector.
Firms received 23,763 complaints about ISAs where investments were held. Platforms had 12,874 complaints, followed by investment bonds with 10,518 and other investment products and funds with 8,971.
Platform complaints increased by 45.6%, from 8,845 to 12,874. Complaints about ISAs increased by 28.7%, while investment bond complaints increased by 17.9%. Investment packaged multi-product complaints more than doubled, although volumes remained low, increasing from 67 to 143.
