We've launched a scheme to compensate eligible car finance customers who may have been treated unfairly. If you think this may affect you, you can search for your lender in our table below.

To use the list, you can:

  • Search for a lender using the search bar.
  • Click on the 'Trading name' or 'Lender' column to order names from A to Z.
  • Use the lender's complaint form in the 'How to complain' column.

If the lender hasn't provided a link to a complaint form, you can download our template complaint letter or email in the 'How to complain' column. If you use our template complaint letter or email, you will need to fill in your details before sending it.

It's also important you stay alert to the possibility of scams. We've received reports of scammers contacting people and pretending to be from car finance lenders, offering fake compensation. 

To help you check you're dealing with a genuine firm, make sure the details you have match those on the table.
