My FCA is a new portal for registered and authorised firms. Sign in with your existing details for direct access to Connect, Online Invoicing System and RegData scheduled tasks.
Add https://myfca.fca.org.uk[1] to your firm’s allow list of trusted websites and bookmark it in your browser.
What you can do in My FCA
- Link directly to regulatory returns you need to submit in RegData and attestations you need to complete in Connect.
- View and action invoice and credit tasks in Online Invoicing system. They will appear in your task list once they have been issued. Find out more about fees and levies[2] and the annual fee cycle[3].
- Go direct to Connect, RegData and Online Invoicing System, if you have access.
- Read system notices and regulatory updates including Regulation Round-up.
- Look up rules and guidance in our Handbook.
- Check your firm’s public record directly on the Financial Services Register.
- Work out your annual fee using our Fee Calculator.
How My FCA works
- Connect, Online Invoicing System and RegData users who are registered for multi-factor authentication can sign in to My FCA using their existing details.
- Your scheduled tasks are in one place with a due date and status. You can see what needs to be completed for your firm and when for the next 14 months.
- View your Connect, Online Invoicing System and RegData scheduled tasks, and link directly to them, if you have access to the system and task.
- Navigate to and from My FCA and the systems you have access to without needing to sign in again.
What you need to know
- It is not mandatory to sign in via My FCA. However, we encourage you to use My FCA to complete your scheduled tasks.
- There are no changes to your firm’s reporting, invoicing and attestation deadlines because of My FCA.
- You will still receive reminder emails from Connect, Online Invoicing System and RegData.
- Your reminder emails for scheduled tasks in Connect, Online Invoicing System and RegData now have a link to sign in to My FCA.
- User management will stay in each system. Any access requests for Connect and RegData should be sent to the Principal User. For Online Invoicing System, you need your firm’s unique validation code.
- User registration for Connect, Online Invoicing System and RegData must be done in each system. When registering a new user, you need to make sure that the registration process is complete before signing in to My FCA.
- We will add more functionality and features over time to My FCA.

Monday to Friday from 7am to 10pm
Saturday and Sunday from 8am to 5pm
