Your FCA is your resource centre, keeping you up-to-date with our publications.
Your FCA contains policy and decision-making documents, consultation papers, research documents and other useful information. Use the search options to select the documents you want to view online, download and print. Additionally, all FSA documents can be found at the National Archives.
This MoU sets out the working arrangements between the FCA and the Advertising Standards Authority (ASA). It details how we will share information in areas where we have a common interest and is focused upon the work of the financial promotions team. It expands and formalises our previous ‘Case-Handling Principles’ document with the ASA, and we have also updated this to take account of the changes to the regulation of consumer credit.
You will find some FSA branded documents on the FCA site. These documents are still valid (for some we have a legal requirement to keep them published on the FCA site). If you are unsure about the content or guidance contained in a document, please contact us.
This MoU sets out the working arrangements between the FCA and the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO). It details how we will share information in areas where we have a common interest. The ICO MoU formalises our collaborative relationship with the ICO, and (among other things) responds to the large volume of unsolicited marketing that we need to deal with following the transfer of responsibility for consumer credit regulation to the FCA from 1 April 2014.
