If you suspect that you have been contacted by investment fraudsters - who often cold call investors - report it to us using the form below.

Please tell us as much as you can about the firm or adviser who contacted you; please complete separate forms if you have been contacted by several firms or advisers.

If you have lost money to an investment fraud, you should report it to Action Fraud on 0300 123 2040 or online at www.actionfraud.police.uk.
