One Stop Money Manager Limited (FRN 900044) is authorised and supervised by the FCA to issue e-money and provide payment services under the Electronic Money Regulations 2011.
However, as of 4 December 2019 it is no longer able to conduct this regulated business because the FCA has imposed a number of requirements on One Stop Money Manager Limited including:
- the firm must not carry on any regulated activities
- it must not dispose of its assets or any of the funds it holds in relation to e-money and payment services
- it must set out a statement on its website and communicate to customers that it is no longer permitted to conduct any regulated activities
This is to protect the interests of One Stop Money Manager Limited’s customers.
