Once a quarter, we consult on proposed miscellaneous amendments to our Handbook. These tend to be minor changes but we still want to get your feedback on our proposals.
What are we consulting on this quarter?
We are proposing to:
- make changes to SUP 16.6 compliance reports
- amend the Prospectus Rules, including the provisions about final terms
- revoke the Building Societies Regulatory Guide, and
- make changes to the Training and Competence sourcebook list of appropriate qualifications.
Who is this consultation aimed at?
This will be relevant if you or your firm has any interest in the subjects mentioned above.
What are the next steps?
We want to know what you think of our proposals. Please send comments using the online response form on chapters 2, 3 and 4 by 5 February 2015 and chapter 5 by 5 January 2015.
