When you have read through step 1 and 2 and are ready, you will need to submit your application via our Connect[1] system. We expect you and not your compliance or advisory firm to submit the application.
Telling us about changes
If your business changes its core details (for example, it begins to offer another service listed above, or changes its address), please complete the notification to amend firm's details for an Annex 1 financial institution[3] in Connect.
If your business is applying to add an individual after registration as an Annex 1 financial institution, please complete an MLR individual form[4] and refer to the guidance notes[5] in Connect[2].
De-registering
If your business no longer carries out any of the activities above, please complete a de-registration form[6] in Connect.
