We have a follow up request based on the information provided: (FOI8976).
Specifically, on "Request 2" below, can you tell us of the 151 case files, how many firms did this represent and how many files are attributable to each firm, these can be anonymised for obvious reasons, can this be broken down by number of files for each firm and % of the overall.
FCA response:
In our response of 27 January 2022, we confirmed that 151 customer files had been reviewed across the debt packager market since 1 January 2017.
