Please provide the following information, based on the FCA's Product Sales Data:
1. The number of sales of mortgages with an advance of greater than £5m
2. The total value of these loans
I would like this data for the calendar year 2025.
I understand that since Q2 2021, the FCA has included internal product transfers in this data set. Is it possible to get these segmented from the main dataset for 2025, please?

We can confirm that we hold the requested information. The following table shows the number and combined value of all regulated mortgage sales in 2025 where the loan value is over £5m, broken down by internal product transfers vs. other sales:
