I would please like to request an updated version in 2024.
FCA response:
Please find attached in Annex A an updated list of all firms which were authorised with permission for regulated activities debt-collecting and/or debt administration on 2 April 2024.
Please note:
• The regulated activities debt-collecting and debt administration are broad. Most firms with these permissions would not be considered ‘debt collection’ or ‘debt servicing’ firms.
• The list does not include authorised firms which act as debt purchasers but do not hold permission for either debt-collecting or debt administration.
• The list does not include firms which are not authorised because they are appointed representatives or carry out similar activities which are not regulated.
