Please provide information regarding firms that have registered interest through the FCA's Registering interest for the BFSA online form, available at:

The link is located in the main page of the FCA with information on the Berne Financial Services Agreement.
Specifically, I would like to know:
1. The total number of firms that have submitted an expression of interest via the form;
2. A breakdown of the types of firms that have expressed interest - for example, whether they are banks, insurers, investment firms, asset managers, or other categories
Please provide the data covering all submissions received up to the date of this request.

Our response is below.
1. As of 17 November 2025, 49 firms have submitted their expression of interest through the Berne Financial Services Agreement[2] webpage form.
2. Of those 49 firms, 23 are Swiss investment firms and 26 are UK insurance firms.
