We're committed to helping you achieve your potential. Along with support from your line manager, you’ll have access to a dedicated Skills Coach who'll help you balance your work and study time. With us, you'll benefit from a varied workload and the opportunity to continually develop.
What you’ll need
We look for passion and integrity as well as ambition and aptitude. We don't require you to have previous work experience, but you will need to have attained 5 GCSEs (A-C) and 2 A Levels (or equivalent).
What they said
Being an apprentice at the FCA has been an excellent experience. As soon as I joined it was clear that my work and contributions were truly valued.
“Being an apprentice at the FCA has been an excellent experience. As soon as I joined it was clear that my work and contributions were truly valued. Within my first few weeks I had the chance to work with and influence senior colleagues, allowing me to lend my own skills to high profile work.
In a short space of time I’ve learned so much about the industry, my role and myself; that’s perhaps the thing I’ve enjoyed the most. I truly feel that the FCA support my growth and are keen to see me succeed.”
