MoU between the FCA and Pensions Regulator (TPR)

The purpose of the MoU is to facilitate and provide a framework for co-operation and co-ordination between the FCA and TPR. It sets out the respective regulatory responsibilities of the FCA and TPR and includes arrangements for co-operation and the exchange of relevant information. It also sets out how the two bodies work together where there are areas of common interest and how the organisations will deal with investigation and enforcement cases in areas where they have complementary powers.
