Over the coming year the financial industry, and we as a regulator, will be undergoing some significant changes. The industry is continually evolving, and so must we to ensure that we are using our resources in the most effective and efficient way. Our Business Plan sets out the activities that we intend to carry out in 2015/16 to protect consumers, enhance market integrity and promote competition.
