FCA Practitioner Panel - Financial Conduct Authority

FCA Practitioner Panel

Published: 28/03/2013
Provides external and independent input to the FCA from the point of view of the industry as a whole. Members are chosen as senior level representatives of each of the major regulated sectors.

The Panel publishes an annual report which reviews the Panel’s work and considers both how far the FCA is meeting our statutory objectives from an industry standpoint and how far we are giving due regard to the considerations set out in the legislation.

There is a close relationship and some overlapping of membership with the Markets Panel.  In addition, the Chairman of the Smaller Businesses Practitioner Panel is also a member of the Practitioner Panel.
